Oilfast are delighted to announce that MND Scotland is the winner of the Fuelling Good Charity Vote.
The Fuelling Good campaign was launched to give our customers, employees, and local communities a direct voice in deciding which charity would receive Oilfast’s support. The initiative brought together a fantastic range of deserving charities from across Scotland, each making a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals, families, and communities.
Following an incredible customer vote, MND Scotland emerged as the overall winner.
Supporting a Vital Cause
MND Scotland provides essential care, support, and advocacy for people affected by Motor Neurone Disease (MND). The charity works tirelessly to improve the quality of life for those living with the condition, while also funding research to find effective treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
Their work offers practical, emotional, and financial support to families across Scotland during some of the most challenging circumstances imaginable. Through specialist services, community support, and awareness-raising activities, MND Scotland continues to make a profound impact on countless lives.
A Huge Thank You to Everyone Who Took Part
A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to vote and help guide our £500 donation. We received a total of 804 votes. It was a very close competition right to the end between MND Scotland, PADS and Marie Curie. The success of the Fuelling Good Charity Vote would not have been possible without the enthusiasm and participation of our customers, colleagues, and communities.
We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to every charity that took part in the campaign. The nominations highlighted the incredible work being carried out across Scotland, from supporting local communities and healthcare initiatives to improving wellbeing and providing vital services to those in need.
While there could only be one overall winner, every organisation involved is making a valuable contribution and deserves recognition for the difference they make every day.
